k.a. Holdings, LLC is a family business based in Fort Worth, Texas. Our home building
division, k.a. Hearthstone, L.P.is dedicated to building high efficiency, low maintenance,
quality custom homes. By only building a few select homes per year, this allows each
family to receive plenty of one-on-one personal attention from the Owner, not a
Superintendent. This number is kept low,as well as our overhead, so we have the time and
resources to build your home to a higher standard. If a larger homebuilder, building 100+
homes a year tries to save $1,000 per home by cutting corners, that translates to $100,000
a year added to their bottom line. We do not have to cut those corners. We are, and will
remain a small, family business, using only quality materials, professional, not tract,
sub-contractors and are ready to build your custom home - the way we would build ours.
We maintain a diverse inventory of land, lots and acreage ranging from individual platted
lots in Tarrant and Parker Counties, to small acreage home sites at our Sage Creek
development in Johnson County. Some commercial parcels are also available.
